I can’t believe how much my running has progressed the past few months. I was just over 90kg now I’m just under 75kg. My fueling has changed and I put much more emphasis on strength work. To run a marathon in under 3:45 actually feels incredible. Something I thought was completely out of my realm of achievement. Happy doesn’t do it justice.
