So that’s it. The final run before Berlin on Sunday. Just an easy 5 miles to stretch the legs. I tried to run slow, aiming for about 6 minute kms – ended up a little faster but not much.

Do I feel ready? Not really. For all the reasons I’ve given before, but on the positive side, I’m not injured, I’m running ok and I feel determined. I put my details in the Berlin Marathon app and it predicted a sub 4:30 time. I’d be very happy with anything under 4:30 … funny what a difference 5 months makes, I went into London seriously hoping for a sub 4 hour marathon. 🤷🏻‍♂️
