Today’s run was my first “speed” session for a few weeks, it was bit longer than the run shown here, I just paused my Garmin a couple of times and forgot to restart it.
Today’s session was:
3.2km easy
1km stretches and strides
6x200m in 54seconds, 200m recovery easy
5km easy
6x200m in 54seconds, 200m recovery easy
2.4km easy
Total distance 15.km
Despite it chucking down with rain, I really enjoyed this run. I finally feel like I’m back in training mode and hopefully can have a few good weeks running before I’m off on hols.
