Everything was wrong for this run. I’d run yesterday afternoon, I stayed up way to late last night enjoying a few drinks and heaps of food with good friends. I was meant to be running with two friends who both dropped out late last night. I woke up feeling underhydrated, rather dusty and very tired.

In spite of it all, the ten miles easy LSR got done – maybe a bit quicker than it should have been, but to be honest I was happy just to complete it.

Week one of Training has been done. Roll on week 2 – I’m feeling in a much better place about my running right now.
