Still struggling with low motivation and a hip niggle. Still over eating without running the miles to burn it off. Today marks the end of the London Marathon chapter for me.
I’m going to improve my diet, get back to exercising and run with more purpose. The goal I set for this run was to try and run a steady 5:30/km pace for 10km and I pretty much nailed it.
I haven’t slept properly for about 4 weeks now – I’m fairly sure that’s at the root of this general malaise.
